Payment
Only PayPal payment is accepted. Our payment term requires full payment within thirty days upon issuance of the original quotation. All goods shall remain the property of buybuyGENUINE until full payment is received. Any unauthorized PayPal payments (direct PayPal remittance without binding to a valid outstanding contract) will be rejected and fully refunded.
All orders will be processed only after full payment is received. Instalment payments, letters of credit and other non-standard payment methods are subject to separate approval per order, and buybuyGENUINE reserves the right to decline such payment methods based on order circumstances.
Clients may withdraw any credit balances in their accounts at any time. Credit balances retained in inactive accounts will remain valid for future purchases, or may be fully refunded upon the client’s request at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel unpaid quotations at any time via their account on the buybuyGENUINE website. Cancellation requests for fully paid quotations are subject to our approval. Once orders have been submitted to suppliers or goods have been received from suppliers, order cancellation will no longer be available.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and us reserve the right to terminate any contract for any reason, including termination of ongoing services that do not involve suppliers or third parties. No refunds will be issued if a service involving suppliers and/or third parties has commenced and is substantially in progress. Any funds paid to us for unused services under a contract will be fully refunded.
